Creator plan and Club capacity
Build permanent communities without confusing community creation with learning or teaching plans.
Creator is a dedicated pathway
Creator is for learner accounts that want to build, manage, and grow permanent communities. Learner Premium remains a learning plan and does not include permanent Club creation. Tutors do not need Creator because their Tutor plans already include Club capacity.
- Learner Basic: 0 permanent Clubs.
- Learner Premium: 0 permanent Clubs.
- Creator: exactly 3 permanent Clubs.
- Tutor Basic: exactly 1 permanent Club.
- Tutor Premium: up to 5 permanent Clubs.
- Tutor Premium+: up to 10 permanent Clubs.
The first permanent Club
The first permanent Club created under Creator receives six months of premium Club experience. The period starts on the Club creation date rather than the subscription date.
This benefit is redeemed once. Deleting the first Club does not give the account another six-month benefit.
Capacity and temporary cohorts
Only permanent Clubs count toward plan capacity. A Bootcamp cohort Club is attached to a Bootcamp lifecycle, ends with that cohort, and never consumes a permanent Club slot.
- Capacity is always displayed as an exact count such as 2 / 3.
- There are no unlimited or plus-sign Club allowances for individual plans.
- Existing Clubs are not deleted when a member downgrades or exceeds a lower plan limit.
- An owner above the current limit can manage existing communities but cannot create another permanent Club.
Community Continuity Mode
When a paid Creator or Tutor membership reaches the end of its grace period, Clubs, members, and content remain accessible. Premium-only management features may be restricted until renewal, after which the premium experience can be restored.
Creator Rewards
Creator Rewards recognise value contributed to Zero Club. Eligibility and scoring may consider active members, retention, engagement, posts, events, learning activity, community quality, and verified contributions.
Rewards are never calculated from Club count alone, and no revenue-pool percentage is fixed until Zero Club approves its business economics.
